What does it mean to be “doing well” in college? Well-being is more than physical health. Finding ways to overcome challenges, cope with new situations and environments, and manage stressors are a part of growing in our personal and professional journeys. The college experience can be everything from overwhelming to isolating, at different times.

The self-paced module, “Mental Well-being for Students” (available by logging in through TrojanLearn) was developed in partnership with the Jed Foundation, a national nonprofit dedicated to protecting emotional health and preventing suicide for our nation’s teens and young adults.
