Emotions are what make us human and are important pieces of data that inform our day-to-day decision-making. In this group, you will learn to improve your emotional intelligence by better identifying and managing your emotions, so that you can continue life with a healthy sense of balance. You will learn about empirically supported emotion-management strategies that help you lean into your emotions and respond to them adaptively and effectively. This is a 4-week long group.
