Students interested in joining a group should go to MySHR and create a new message, and submit a “Counseling Group Interest Form.”

Self-compassion provides emotional strength and resilience. In this six-week course, you will have the opportunity to learn how to respond to difficult moments in your life with greater kindness, care, and understanding. You will learn from a mindfulness-based practice, group exercises, discussions, and daily life practices.
