Making Anxiety Your Friend

Fridays 10:30am-11:30am

A 5-week structured therapy group for students experiencing anxiety. Group members will be able to share their experiences living with anxiety in a supportive environment. The group will explore negative thoughts and beliefs that contribute to anxiety. Students will learn skills and strategies, such as relaxation, breathing, and mindfulness techniques, to help with managing anxiety.
