If you are a new USC student this spring semester and have not yet completed your required immunizations (including a TB screening, if you are an international student), please plan on attending the immunizations fair from January 8-12, 2024. This will be your opportunity to complete all the requirements for vaccinations. You are strongly advised to upload your documentation ahead of time.
Please plan on arriving on your assigned day, by last name:
- Mon / Jan. 8 (A-E last names)
- Tues / Jan. 9 (F-K last names)
- Wed/ Jan. 10 (L-P last names)
- Thur / Jan. 11 (Q-V last names)
- Frid/ Jan. 12 (W-Z last names)
Students arriving at the non-peak time (8AM – 10 AM) can expect to spend less than 30 minutes to complete your visit. Longer wait times are expected during peak hours of 12 noon – 2:30 PM.

Students who are unable to complete their immunizations requirements during Immunizations fair should make an individual appointment with the Immunizations department through MySHR.
