As a project of Keck Medicine of USC, select health care providers are using an AI scribe for speech-to-text notes. Your provider reviews and edits the summary for accuracy before incorporating into their note. This tool helps your provider spend more time focused on you, your questions, and your care, and less time documenting through a computer keyboard. Your medical note is viewable to you in your medical record.
This tool does not record the visits; no audio files are recorded, stored, or used for any other purpose. The tool complies with privacy regulations such as HIPAA, to safeguard and maintain the confidentiality and security of your personal health information.
If you are not comfortable with the use of this tool during your visit, please let your provider know, and you may request an alternative method of note-taking.
