If you would like to voluntarily update your measles immunizations records, you may do so by following the instructions below.
1. Log in with your USC ID to MySHR (usc.edu/myshr).
2. Select “Medical Clearances” from the menu.
3. Next to Measles, check the STATUS. If it says “Not Compliant” that means there are no documents on file verifying your immunity.
4. To add documentation showing proof of immunity (lab reports of measles titers that show both your date of birth and your name; or proof of MMR vaccination, two doses), follow the next TWO next steps (A and B)—
A. Click the green UPDATE button next to MEASLES and add the dates of your doses or your test result details. Click DONE to save.
B. Click the green UPDATE button next to IMMUNIZATION RECORDS and upload the documentation of your immunizations or test results. Click SAVE when done.
NOTE: If your Measles status is “Compliant,” we already have your documentation on file. You do not need to take further action, and you can ignore the Immunization Record section even if it says “Not Compliant.” See example screenshot.
If there are questions about your documentation, you will be contacted by Student Health/Campus Health. If you do not receive a message, your records have been accepted. You may also check this status in MySHR.
