In this 30 minute workshop, students will learn mindfulness is a powerful tool for enhanced well-being. Academia can foster a competitive, busy, and stressful environment for students. Mindfulness techniques can help students effectively cope with stress and anxiety and improve their overall quality of life. Students will learn basic principles of mindfulness and practice various ways of being in the present moment.
