Students interested in joining a group should go to MySHR and create a new message, and submit a “Counseling Group Interest Form.”
The Social Confidence group is a structured learning opportunity, which focuses on the needs of individuals with social anxiety, social phobia, or “shyness”. Group topics include anxiety management, communication skills, and assertiveness. Group members will develop specific techniques and skills, which they can use to improve the quality of their social interactions.
