It can be challenging to be the most skillful and compassionate version of yourself in the face of competing demands, technology burnout, time pressure, and fatigue. Fortunately, self-compassion training for healthcare communities can teach helpful skills for healthcare providers. This six-week group class consists of one-hour training sessions based on the empirically supported program of Mindful Self-Compassion. Participants will be given opportunities to learn through brief lectures, experiential exercises, and practice techniques to utilize these helpful strategies at work and in everyday life.
