Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine & Informatics Clinician
Karel Kooper, MD received his medical degree at the University of Southern California. He served his residency in Family Medicine at Kaiser Permanente in Woodland Hills.
Dr. Kooper is board certified in family medicine. He has been working at USC Student health since 2007, with extensive experience working with the college student population. He is also involved with maintaining and optimizing the technology used to optimize medical care at Engemann Student Health.
Dr. Kooper and his family all enjoy the outdoors, hiking in the summer and snowboarding in the winter when possible.
