IS Director

Frank Miuccio is the director of information systems for USC Student Health, where he is responsible for efficient alignment of technology with strategic initiatives and functional business processes in support of USC Student Health’s mission and responsibilities. Prior to joining USC Student Health in 2022, he served as the director of information technology in the USC Annenberg School for Communications and Journalism, working with faculty, students, and staff for nearly two decades. He also led an independent business consulting on technology, and then worked in the corporate sector as a Southern California local support manager at Accenture in El Segundo.

He is an avid rocket and research enthusiast, mentoring high school students in building and launching rockets and learning about space exploration. He also volunteers coaching little league baseball, working with law enforcement, and organizing local outdoor adventure activities for parents and families.
