The Women of Color group is a weekly on-going supportive space for female-identified students, who they themselves, identify as women of color. This group provides a space for women of color to discuss the complexities of navigating personal and interpersonal spaces within and outside of USC. Students can discuss, and explore feelings and experiences related to campus climate, stress/coping, resiliency/growth, racial/ethnic identity, racism/ internalized racism, oppression and privilege, intersectionality, self-esteem, relationships, family, and other topics of interest.
