MySHR—Technical Difficulties (Resolved)

UPDATE 10:13 PM—This issue has been resolved. Scheduling in MySHR has returned to normal operations.

Technical difficulties have previously been reported in scheduling COVID-19 testing appointments the Jefferson Lot location. The IS team is aware of the problem and working to resolve. For today, Thursday, February 4, if you are trying to test at Jefferson Lot and are unable to schedule, you may come as a walk-up. You may also select locations in MySHR at the Lab/Figueroa or Pardee/Marks, and the system will allow you to schedule an appointment.
