Mindful Well-being

Tuesday, 10 – 11:30 a.m.

This group can be especially helpful in addressing self-criticism and self-judgment, as well as perfectionism. Through mindfulness practice, exercises, and group discussion, the group will help participants to cultivate self-compassion in meeting life’s difficulties. It will also assist members in developing the ability to be more present in the moment, leading to greater self-kindness, confidence and well-being.
