Insurance for USC Online Degree Program Students
The insurance enrollment or waiver deadline for Fall 2018 has passed.
USC Online Degree Program students are subject to the USC mandatory insurance requirement and have access to enroll in the USC Student Health Insurance Plan. The University offers the USC Student Health Insurance Plan through Aetna Student Health, underwritten by Aetna Life Insurance Company (ALIC) and administered by Chickering Claims Administrators, Inc. (CCA). Visit the Aetna Student Health website for more information.
All USC Online Degree Program students will be automatically enrolled in the USC Student Health Insurance Plan if they are taking 6 units or more per semester. The cost is automatically added to your University student account.
Note: All online students may use student health services by paying the Student Health Fee. Health insurance is still required and is a separate cost.
