Edden Agonafer, PsyD, MA

Clinical Psychologist and Faculty of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Keck School of Medicine of USC

Dr. Edden Agonafer received her doctorate in clinical psychology and master’s in intercultural studies from Fuller Theological Seminary. She earned her bachelor’s in human development and family sciences from the University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Agonafer completed her post-doctoral fellowship at Occidental College. She was a Psychology Intern at USC Counseling and Mental Health (UPC campus) in 2017.

Dr. Agonafer’s professional interests include holistic health, identity development, diversity and multiculturalism, historically marginalized populations, health and education equity, college mental health, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, trauma and recovery, spirituality, flourishing, Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), outreach and prevention, teaching, and supervision.

In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, watching or attending sporting events, exercising, spending time with family and friends, watching shows on Netflix and Hulu, and napping.
