Non-urgent care should be sought at the Eric Cohen Student Health Center, (Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.), the USC Family Practice Center and off-campus USC Family satellite sites offer extended hours (see below).
Urgent care sought at the USC Family Practice Center will be honored by your Student Health Center Fee without incurring additional cost. If your visit requires services not covered by the Student Health Fee (such as x-ray, labs, etc.), your insurance covers 90%. Urgent care sought at the USC Family Satellite Center (California Hospital) will be covered at 90% cost. Urgently needed services obtained at outside clinics are covered at 50%.
